Board of Commissioners

Ronny Lihawa is a retired high-ranking officer of the Indonesian National Police (POLRI) who actively supports the improvement of police performance. One of his significant roles is being one of the instructors at the Police Science Institute (PTIK). In addition to his active teaching role, he has also contributed to the initial formulation of regulations for the security services industry within the Police institution. He is also the initiator of the idea and an active participant in the formation of the National Police Commission. Beyond his achievements in the police force, he has been entrusted by an international security company from Japan to initiate security unit (SATPAM) services in Indonesia. Furthermore, his influence extends to the realm of international organizations. Ronny Lihawa is a trusted individual for developing various programs implemented by international organizations, including capacity development programs for POLRI in the areas of Human Rights and Community Policing. One of the programs he has developed is related to the Private Security Industry, with the primary goal of preventing and early detecting any security disturbances.

With an educational background in Law from Pelita Harapan University, he has competed in the Moot Court Vis-East competition in Hong Kong and played a crucial role as a Partner at Elza Syarief Law Firm. As the Chief Executive Officer of GARD, Fikri has achieved excellence and brought significant innovation to the company. Sustainable business practices, social responsibility, and a focus on client satisfaction are the leadership approaches implemented by Fikri. Fikri is not just an executive figure managing the company but also the primary architect shaping GARD's future. His role combines a unique blend of leadership, strategy, and vision that can guide GARD toward long-term success.

Mia Vinita, affectionately known as Vini, is an outstanding entrepreneur who combines her education in Economic Management from Trisakti University with deep experience in various aspects of business. Previously, she had a successful career in the corporate world, including roles as Secretary of the Board of Directors and Commissioner at PT. Humpuss Intermoda Transportasi Tbk. As the Chief Executive Officer at PT. Cemerlang Bumi Makmur, Mia leads with a strong vision, inspiring her team to achieve exceptional levels of excellence. Additionally, Mia also serves as a Partner at Elza Syarief Law Firm, where she contributes to resolving various complex legal issues. Her dedication to the business and legal world has helped lay a strong foundation for the success of the companies she leads. As the Chief of Marketing at GARD, Vini is the mastermind behind successful marketing strategies, and her role goes far beyond just product or service promotion. Vini is a strategic thinker who guides marketing efforts to align with GARD's vision and plays a crucial role in building a strong GARD image to win the hearts of customers.

Robert is a young entrepreneur who is highly professional, with an educational background in Industrial Engineering, focusing on Building and Facility Management, particularly in Security Management, which he delved deeper into at Edith Cowan University in Australia. His experience includes active participation in the management and implementation of police training programs organized by international organizations in the fields of Human Rights and Community Policing. His profound interest in the security industry, which plays a crucial role in supporting police performance, has grown and continues to inspire his endeavors in this field. With a combination of a strong educational background and extensive experience, he is committed to contributing to the development of this industry with innovation, integrity, and high dedication.
